The entire Greek party system guilty of “ultimate treason”

The entire Greek party system is guilty — from the last MP, party official and servant of the parliamentary far right, to the equally last… Bibilas and the obedient servant Diamantis of Konstantopoulou. And of course, all the dirty media and Goebbels-type propaganda that serve the disinformation and manipulation of the same system. No one is excluded.

And no court will decide their guilt at some later time, when it will already be too late. They are already guilty of the ultimate treason, because:

They adorn and promote themselves, “bow”, warm up the Parliament with patriotic and nationalist rhetoric, while it has long been clear that America’s traditionally pro-European agenda has been overturned. And, by extension, the same has happened with its attitude towards Greece.

With the rise to power of the far-right in the superpower, under a literally unbalanced Trump — who is not at all devoid of the absurdity of his counterpart, Russia’s New Hitler — the geopolitical map of the entire world has changed accordingly. We are seeing a spectacular and provocative return to the values ​​of the century before last: Power, blind obedience to the concept of the Nation-State, religious dogma and the mass moral order that results from it.

For our country, the alarm has already sounded, as we have been emphasizing for some time — especially after the Russian Dictator’s second invasion of Ukraine in 2022 and his subsequent embrace by his Turkish counterpart. Erdogan has already received the green light from his Russian ally to overturn the current status quo in the Balkans, along with the subsequent disintegration of NATO unity.

And of course, their mutual friend — Trump — as in the Ukrainian drama, will side with the stronger party in case Putin’s experiment is repeated by Erdogan against Greece.

The phrase “we will come one night, suddenly” is neither a song lyric nor, above all, a clever joke. This is a real threat, a threat that will be shaped day by day through provocative actions, according to the plan of the Russian-Turkish alliance.

The only viable path — and urgent priority at this moment — to avert the real danger involves, at least:

a. A joint appeal by both sides, WITHOUT CONDITIONS AND WITH ALL OPTIONS OPEN, to the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Or, in case Erdogan refuses — which is unlikely if the well-known Greek “red lines” are absent — even a unilateral appeal to the same court, with an official summons from Turkey.

b. The lifting of our country’s “veto” regarding Turkey’s accession to the European Union, as well as its participation in the recent European SAFE program.

Of course, there are dozens of other actions that can follow later — actions that can both prevent the existing risk of a Greek-Turkish war and definitively resolve the essentially irrational and unjustified coldness between two brotherly peoples. A hatred that is inexplicable in our time and which, from a simple spark, could escalate into the ignition of a devastating war.

Will the Greek party system continue to commit the same crime?

They will have nowhere to hide. We, the free and conscious citizens of this country, will pursue them – even to the ends of the earth, if they try to hide

The era of the “fat cows” is over. And irrevocably. Not without punishment for them, as they had been accustomed to until now.
