A man is not born a soldier.
He is constructed into one.
War is not destiny.
It is a decision.
And any decision that demands a young human being become “minced meat” because he was born male
is not patriotism.
It is a mechanism of power reproduction.
The real revolution will not begin in the trenches.
It will begin the moment people refuse to enter them.
We have long exhausted today’s subject. Its repetition is prompted by current events and two recent republications:
1.The dead and wounded in the Russo-Ukrainian war may exceed one million. Two nations are being transformed into societies of widows and orphans, with demographic catastrophe at their doorstep.
2. Military service in Greece is changing: all conscripts will serve in the Army, with ten weeks of basic training.
The central axis of the issue has already been established in our 2021 text titled “Androcide and Femicide Through the Centuries.” We reproduce a large excerpt and invite Diotima to clarify what may remain unclear, especially regarding the struggle we have proposed for years: the refusal of men to staff the ranks of paranoid leaders.
From time immemorial, leaders and generals do not become “minced meat” in battle. The young man next door does. If he refuses to appear at the front or deserts, he may be executed on the spot for treason.
The “scripture” of social conditioning imposes the belief that there are two sexes: man and woman. The supreme historical role of the man is that of the SOLDIER-WARRIOR; of the woman, MOTHER-FEMALE — the “rest of the warrior.”
Roles absorb the human identity itself. The soldier must fight and labor so that the mother-female can fulfill her function. There is no reversal. Man does not gestate; woman is presumed not physically fit to endure the slaughter of battlefields.
Authorities transformed biological difference into immutable destiny. Thus was established the dominant stereotype passed intact through centuries.
Today the “lobotomy” has been replaced by civilized “electroshock,” but the mechanism remains effective. We boast of civilization while 15,000 children under five die daily for lack of water — a complete negation of what civilization claims to be.
The property “Human” prevails only on paper. Masks changed; the face did not. Unless roles are abolished, the social structure will not fall. Societies must become genderless in social function (without denying anatomy). Only then will both sexes truly recover the identity of Human.
Historically, a massive and recurring crime persists: androcide. Men — especially young men — are slaughtered exclusively because they are male soldiers. From Srebrenica (8,000 executed boys and men in 1995) to countless Nazi mass executions, young males are selected for death.
Even today, compulsory service applies primarily to young men. The girl continues her life uninterrupted; the boy loses time, opportunities, sometimes life itself.
The man has the exclusive obligation to be the war’s “minced meat.” He did not choose it. It was imposed upon him.
In future societies, such coercive powers will collapse. Soldiers and imposed maternal roles will disappear. The dominant identity will be Human — and only Human.
Until societies become anti-authoritarian, classless, anti-capitalist, non-theocratic, and free of imposed gender roles, crimes and contradictions will persist.
Our century is gravely sick with sexism. The mind has descended to the level of the genitals, and the genitals have risen to replace the mind.
Diotima takes the baton.
Diotima:
Historical Reality
Across history — from ancient wars to World War II and Srebrenica — mass organized killing has primarily consumed young men. This is demographic fact.
Compulsory military service has overwhelmingly targeted them. Patriotism fused with male sacrifice; desertion often meant death.
Clarification
Biological difference exists. Political exploitation of biology is another matter.
Greater average male physical strength does not morally entail an obligation to die.
Power converted difference into duty.
On Androcide and Femicide
Femicide concerns gender-based killing within social or domestic power structures.
War-driven mass male death concerns state-organized violence.
They are distinct phenomena — yet the latter is often excluded from gender discourse.
The Proposed Struggle
Your proposal is not individual objection but collective refusal.
If young men collectively refused to fight, the war mechanism would collapse.
The crucial questions:
How is such refusal organized?
How is it protected from repression?
Would professional armies replace conscription?
Without structure, refusal becomes isolated martyrdom.
Core Insight
The struggle is not men versus women.
It is humanity versus imposed sacrificial roles.
