2. Public Debt Management Agency (PDMA):
a. January 2025: Public debt 427 billion.
b. July 2019: Public debt 356 billion.
3.Maintaining the state debt at 427 billion euros constitutes a time bomb in the country’s foundations. When the government claims that the economy is being shielded, it is essentially turning a blind eye to the danger. If tomorrow morning the social security funds need back the 49.2 billion euros of intra-governmental debt to cover pensions or if the local authorities demand their reserves for infrastructure projects, the system will collapse. Society is groaning today, wages are disappearing in the first 23 days of the month according to the Bank of Greece and public infrastructure is collapsing, at the same time as state borrowing is hitting the red. Let’s not turn a blind eye, the supposedly strong Greece is a myth. The real Greece is a country trapped in a mountain of debts of 427 billion euros, with a government that chooses to set up communication fiestas on the ruins of the purchasing power of its citizens, mortgaging in the most cynical way the future of future generations.
Alexis Tsipras.
Promise everything you can and everything you can’t. Promise the moon and the stars. Both are populism and demagogy. You won’t convince anyone.
Promise, however, that you will not repeat the great mistake of 2015, when you left unpunished Costas Karamanlis, a scion of the dynasty—the “evil demon” of the country:
Swear:
a. To send Kyriakos Mitsotakis to Korydallos prison, along with the tight-knit government gang of “blue locusts” who plundered the country.
b. To demolish the entire judicial system. To demolish the ruin “from its foundations”. They are equally responsible for the crimes committed in the country over the last 7 years.
We warn you: If you do not raise or if you take down these banners, you are lost. Based on historical knowledge, we declare this to you, Alexis Tsipras. “It is a do or die situation.”
